January 23, 2012 — The opera I wrote for Atlanta Opera’s 24-Hour Opera Project (Krispy Kremes and Butter Queens) WON BOTH the Judges’ Choice and Audience’s Favorite. Hurrah!

January 20, 2012 — The 24-Hour Opera Project starts tonight at 5 p.m.! I also found out that the piece I composed on my birthday will be performed at the University of South Dakota’s 60/60 concert on January 27.
