A new piece written specifically for the Ottawa New Music Creators will be premiered as part of their 60x60 Project.

Sixty one minute composition by sixty composers played by a live chamber ensemble featuring Aura Giles (flute), Rebecca Danard (clarinets), Brigit Knetch (violin), Joan Harrison (cello), Nick Rodgerson (piano) and Margaret Ashburner (harp). In this continuous hour of music, each piece would be matched with a single still image, either chosen by the composer or the performers. Composers include students from De La Salle, members of Ottawa New Music Creators, well as renowned and emerging composers from across Canada and around the world. For details, click here.
